Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website


We accept online payment methods via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Cancellation of an order after despatch cannot be accepted.


We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours from the time of ordering. Orders received on Friday after 13:00 are processed on Monday. 

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

UK mainland deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail 1st/2nd class?

Bigger/heavier orders will be sent via Hermes.

Fixed shipping cost £4.49 / £6.49.

Delivery dates are subject to Royal Mail/Hermes standard processing times and cannot
be guaranteed as delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control.

We do not ship outside the UK.


If your product is faulty, you can receive a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund including delivery charges and return postage cost, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt. 

Please note that if you ordered several items in your order, your delivery charge might still apply and will not necessarily be refunded.


If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within 14 days
from the date of receipt. Products may only be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Before returning the item, please notify us via email letting us know what you are returning and why.

The items are returned at the buyer’s cost.

When returning items, please make sure they are securely packaged. We cannot refund items, which are damaged in transit if items are poorly packaged.

For your protection, please obtain proof of postage as the company cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. 

Items returned to us where delivery was not possible will be refunded less the original shipping cost and return charges billed by the carrier to us.
