APIS – Hydro Balance Moisturising Toner with Sea Algae 300ml
Active Ingredients:

Application:
To remove makeup with milk, the skin should be toned. Wipe the skin of the face, neck and décolleté thoroughly. Now you can apply your favourite cream.
For better results, use the Oxygenating and Moisturising Face Cream from the same line. You can use a lotion from the same line of Moisturising Milk with Sea Algae to remove makeup.
