Fleck which makes ideal pane of glass on the nails. Each fleck from the collection has different colour and shade. It covers 100% so you can use any precoating.
The way of usage: Please rub it into warm Top No Wipe after 60 seconds of curing and protect the free edge by using non-acid primer. And then please apply the second layer of Top No Wipe.
Fleck is packed in separate packaging which also includes double applicator. The applicator makes
patting of flecks easy and pleasant.
