How to use

Apply Top No Wipe MAKEAR to gel polish or gel, then cure for 30 seconds. (The powder works best on a warm top.)
Apply SFX Liquid Powder Hailey MAKEAR directly from the bottle using the brush.
Rub in with a finger or applicator until the desired effect is achieved.
Seal with Top No Wipe MAKEAR and cure again in an LED/UV lamp for a minimum. 48W.
