Stars from the stars LIPNOTIZER lip gloss LIPNOTIZER is a lip gloss with a hypnotizing shine and a super comfortable formula, enriched with the InstaPlump™ complex, which causes an immediate effect of filling the lips. This technologically advanced firming ingredient contains extracts of ginger, Turkish pepper, and soybean oil, which, after a few seconds of application, cause a delicate tingling sensation, which results in the lips being optically fuller. The condition of the delicate epidermis is also taken care of by the kukui oil contained in the composition, which intensely moisturises, softens, irritation-soothing properties, and firms vitamin E.
